About the grant

KGMIAA is the Kettering/GMI Alumni Association, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit connected to Kettering University—formerly General Motors Institute—in Flint, Michigan.

Supported by the annual Major Sobey Memorial Golf Outing and contributions from alumni and other donors, this grant program helps high-school robotics teams overcome barriers and create opportunities for students.
